There are two sides to education. One is teaching, other is learning. Schools are committed towards teaching. Expert teachers are recruited so that children could be taught the lessons with precision.
Learning
Learning is the responsibility of the student. It has to be done by the student. No one else could do that for him. If some one else does the studying part him for him, it will not retain in his brain as knowledge. Unfortunately teachers do all the research in school, parents do all the homework at home. Ultimately the student becomes blank.
Self Learning
Encourage Children to search for information. Guide them to find the source of information. At the beginning children may not score high marks. Because it has to compete with other children's parents. But focus on the ultimate goal, where he or she has to do all the research by herself.
