Holistic Growth
Anything to be of use should get matured. Fruits, tree, wine, egg whatever you name! Different things and species have different periods to attain maturity. Compared to the other living species human beings take fairly long period to get matured and become independent. Man cannot become fully matured unless he develops all four aspects naming physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual.
Animal
Animals get matured soon. Soon after they were born they could walk and search for food. Animals, like machines, have limited but very powerful functions. Man is becoming successful in creating a pet dog which will obey to the commands of its master and entertain him with a few tricks.
Man is unique
Unlike animals human beings should grow parallel in all four aspects. The child's experiences should be such that it will interact with each other and encourage him to be balanced. The baby is shaped by all its experiences which make every human being different to each other.Though there are many common features each person gets matured at various pace.
Maturity Models
There are many models to identify a matured person in different fields such as management, professional, mechanical etc. But we need to see whether a person is capable of living a balanced and happy life. A person who can be approached and confided in.
